Sparkling socials: strategy & content
I translated the agency’s dreams, ambitions, and audiences into content pillars, channel-specific rules, and a calendar with team roles.
I kept things resourceful and realistic (e.g. squeezing all the juice from content into ‘snackables’) yet creative and unique (e.g. drawing on the team’s brilliant minds and quirky interests).
I created regular content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and their newsletter. The talented design team visually enhanced the storytelling closely by my side.
Throughout the process, we talked frankly about what was working & what wasn’t to constantly refine & learn.
Bright brand voice guidelines
Elespacio needed their voice to better embody their character, values, and help them reach their people.
I interviewed the entire team to get a sense of the agency’s collective personality, discover what had worked for them in the past, and dodge what hadn’t.
I channeled all this into writing guidelines. Together with the Creative Director, we produced a robust step-by-step deck that helped spread the new tone of voice like butter across all digital channels.

I leaned heavily on thought pieces across their blog and Mindfeed newsletter to rightfully position elepacio as the experts they are.
